Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wayne-Tek handles personal data for NowcastPro. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, name, and a hashed password (never stored in plain text).
• Location data: the coordinates/address you configure, used to produce your forecasts.
• Billing data: handled by Creem — we store only a customer/subscription reference and never see or store your card details.
• Technical logs (IP, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, generate forecasts, process subscriptions, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Only with the processors needed to run the service: our Merchant of Record (Creem) and our hosting/database providers.

4. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
