These terms govern your use of NowcastPro, a weather nowcasting service operated by Wayne-Tek ("we", "us"), available at nowcastpro.com. By registering or subscribing you agree to them.
NowcastPro generates hyperlocal nowcasts, forecasts and AI weather narratives for the location you configure. Output is advisory only and is not a substitute for official warnings from a national meteorological authority. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Paid plans are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem, which handles payment, applicable taxes and receipts. Plans renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled any time via Manage billing / Cancel subscription. See the Refund Policy.
Plans include a monthly allowance of credits; some actions consume credits. Unused subscription credits reset each period; purchased premium credits do not expire.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell access without permission. You must not use NowcastPro to generate, request, or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or deliberately deceptive; that is sexually explicit or pornographic (including NSFW or 18+ content); that sexualizes minors; that depicts or promotes real violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred; or that violates any law. Charts and graphics are rendered from weather data, and AI narrative text is screened against these policies. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Independence. NowcastPro is an independent product operated by Wayne-Tek and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI or weather-data provider it integrates with.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayne-Tek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
