NowcastPro subscriptions are sold by our Merchant of Record, Creem. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Cancel from Manage billing / Cancel subscription (on the Pricing page or in-app), which opens the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
If you were charged in error or the service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. Approved refunds are processed by Creem to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Email support@wayne-tec.com with your account email and the charge reference. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we can usually resolve it faster directly.
